Having now got Harrigan to stop harassing me (I think!), I found that a couple of individuals are still following me around the threads at The Conversation website, making snide comments in an attempt to ridicule me. One of them said recently that I made "nasty, vindictive, personal attack on Dr Harrigan". This is the same individual I mentioned in passing in one of my previous posts on this blog.  He has studiously followed me around, making one line statements which are obviously designed to ridicule me. Here are some examples, from the latest thread:

In my previous entry here, I outlined how bullying of commentators on The Conversation's threads is tolerated. I referred to one particular individual, Mark Harrigan. Well, he continued to goad me on. I made an error when I noted that the term 'homophobia' was invented by a homosexual. I should have said that the inventor is a homosexualist activist. Harrigan immediately pounced on my error:

Well, to continue from my previous blog entry [The Conversation deletes my post yet again], here is the brief exchange between Harrigan and myself. Please keep in mind that this chap has followed me around the threads for some time, hurling his vituperative barbs at me whenever he could. As an example, here is his way of intervening in the discussion I was participating in, as a means to initiate the exchange:

For some time now I have commented on pieces published in the online publication, The Conversation. I hold strong views on [so-called] gay 'marriage', on abortion and on scientism (I oppose them all). I hope to write more on these topics at another time, but here I want to start this blog with a short piece pointing to the habit of the editors of this publication to delete comments posted by individuals who object to misleading articles and comments posted on their website.
